Epson Stylus Pro 3800 Service error?

Printer shows a 131B Error when you try to print anything. however it does print a nozzle test without problems (as far as i can see) If anyone could help me resolve this issue it would be most appreciated

Don’t know much about Epsons, and their manuals are very lacking. I couldn’t find any reference to that particular error. Some suggestions to try:
- fully power down, unplug from power and computer for a few minutes, then reconnect
- verify your paper settings on both the printer (tray settings) and on the computer (both in the printer driver and software)
- verify correct printer driver installed on computer. Maybe remove and re-install just to be sure.
- verify correct interface port and cable connections
- try setting up and using printer on a friends computer to see what happens, maybe it will lead to some useful info
