Photo Trimmer
If a 8″ x 10″ headshot is on 8.5″ x 11″ paper, should I trim the white parts off or leave the photo as is?
what “photo preferences” should I choose on the print menu to make the photo 8 x10 (including borders)?
The only option on my print menu is to make the photo itself 8 x10.
You don’t state the size of the White border, but I can’t imagine it being much more than 1/4 inch around. A professional shot would usually be 8 x 10, even including a border.
The usual practice in that case would be to trim the resume to the size of the head shot. In your case I don’t see any issue.
In any case the border accepts the staples, not doing any harm to the SHOT.
