I get tiny water blisters on my hands.They peel back causing dry spots.What is this and what can I do for it?

I get these only when it’s hot. I’ve been getting it for years. The blisters pop and peel back and my skin gets very scaly. It does not hurt but is ugly and rough.

I have this sometimes and it was diagnosed as Dishydrosis. It is usually an inherited condition and can pop up during times of high stress or when you are run-down. I usually use some polysporin on the blisters once they pop to keep the area moisturized and germ-free.
